The company is a privately held entity.  During fiscal 2005, an aggressive capital formation project will be undertaken in order to expand the labeling on our pipeline drug, Xenavex™, and to fund our research in hyperthermic magnetic fluid therapy modalities.

During the interim period, the Company's ability to respond to investment inquiries is extensively limited by state and federal law.

ShimodaAtlantic Oncology Biociences LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shimoda-Atlantic, Inc.

Shimoda-Atlantic™ operates in accordance with the SEC standards established for "fully reporting" domestic companies. Our accounting standards and policies are fully consistent with recent public-company accounting standards implemented by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Our corporate governance plans and policies result in a business operation that would be fully compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley, were the Company a fully-reporting entity.

At this time, our policy is to respond only to investment inquiries originating from accredited investment banking firms, commercial banks, and NASD licensed broker-dealers.
